Love this company! We have had our whole home generator since 2020 and I could not be more happy with the service that Genstar provides. This is a reliable company. They are very easy to get a hold of and their office staff is so kind and helpful. I recently had to schedule a service call and it was so easy. The technician Leo came out and he was wonderful! Very friendly and kind. He figured out what the issue was and explained everything to me very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They keep really good records of the history of the service of my generator which is great! They also take pictures each time they come out which is useful for reference. I am glad I went with this company for the installation and maintenance of my generator. Also it was easy to pay my invoice online which was awesome! Very much recommend this company if you are thinking of getting a whole home generator.

CJ is a rockstar!! Today he walked me through my generator start up and gave me all the tips and tricks to ensure I know what's going on with it. He was incredibly friendly and made things easy to understand. If Genstar could clone him, I suggest you do because he is awesome!!! Also a big shout out to Joe Daniels and Deb Clifford for the support getting this project started and along the way!!!

I purchased my Generac generator in 2017 from Lance, owner of Genstar at the time. My health was an issue and good service was and is a priority. Always there when needed. Never let me down. The new owners just did the same for me after a lightning strike surge knocked me out. They were on it and had it fixed within days. I'll be 83 soon and feel I was given A+ service and very courteous staff all round.

We recently purchased a home with a whole-house generator, so this was our first time having one serviced. Our tech Mark was very informative and let us know about things to be mindful of and what to expect in the next few years of operation. You guys are lucky to have someone as competent and efficient as Mark. I expressed my worry about what would happen if the yard flooded, and he showed me the interior of the generator and the placement of the battery so I would understand the structure and function. Very kind and informative. For the record, I love my generator and consider it one of the best improvements I've ever made to my home.
